The hex (Allen) wrench size is 14mm for the following drain and filler plugs:
- differential (rear axle)
- gas tank
- oil pan

I asked MBUSA about the significance of the large (75 mm diameter) red enamel 200,000 km badge shown in the photo. I thought that it may have been a "75th anniversary edition" issued in 1961. Their reply was, "Over the years, Mercedes-Benz has offered high mileage badges of several different sizes and colors, such as blue, black and red with no special significance other than the number of miles being awarded."Photos of 100,000 km and 200,000 km diplomas and pins courtesy: Daren Beal (1959 Type 190b sedan) / East Sussex, England / April 29, 2004.
In addition to the badge, the award will include a lapel pin, and a diploma with the owner's name and date.
