It will cost $14.00 to get registered with the incoming and outgoing 
DX QSL bureaus in the USA.  That is $4.00 for the ARRL outgoing service 
(good for 75 cards), and $10 for the incoming ARRL service (good for 
between 100-140 cards) for your particular zone. Example: NY and NJ are
in zone 2 (all call signs issued in NY and NJ have a 2 in them).

Send:
01) Proof of ARRL membership (photo copy of membership card).
02) $4.00 for the first 1/2 pound (approx 75) cards.
03) The DX QSL cards.

Pay by check (or money order) and write your callsign on the check. 
Send "green stamps" (cash) at your own risk.

Do NOT send postage stamps or IRCs. Include only the cards, proof of 
membership, and fee in the package. Wrap the package securely and send

ARRL Incoming QSL Bureau Service (for Zone 2):
==============================================

NJDXA (North Jersey DX Association) handles incoming DX QSL cards for 
members whose call sign has a 2 in it (zone 2).

You can purchase credits using PayPal, starting at $10, in increments 
of $5. $10 buys 20 Postage Credits. A Postage Credit represents the 
first-class stamp and the envelope for a one-ounce mailing. 
Approximately 5 to 7 DX QSL cards will weigh one ounce. Thus; $10 buys 
postage and envelopes for approximately 100-140 incoming DX QSL cards.

Or, you can also print out a PDF form, complete it, and mail it to 
NJDXA with a check. Send the check to:
