That is $4.00 for the ARRL outgoing service (good for 75 cards), and $10 for the incoming ARRL service (good for between 100-140 cards) for your particular zone. You can purchase credits using PayPal, starting at $10, in increments of $5. $10 buys 20 Postage Credits. A Postage Credit represents the first-class stamp and the envelope for a one-ounce mailing. Approximately 5 to 7 DX QSL cards will weigh one ounce. Thus; $10 buys postage and envelopes for approximately 100-140 incoming DX QSL cards.
